What A day....

I was so excited yesterday knowing and seeing half of the family arrived from KK. Then i take them on the London tour bus for half of the day and i am glad they enjoying it, unfortunately i had to leave them half way to meet someone regards wedding arrangement and soon after that i dash back to meet the family near Big Ben area and panic as i cant seem to locate them for nearly 30min!!! then tap on the shoulder PHEWWW.......... here we are! finally... i knew nothing going to happen to them.
anyway son after that we head back home, they pretty much jet legged by now, i had to leave them to rest and sleep. Heading to Harrod for my wedding dress 2nd fitting and at first it would not zip up to the top and i nearly pass out thought the dress not ready, start blaming myself thought i had put on weight!!! then the lady told me that the alteration had taking same space in the fabric and make it tighter so she worked her wonder and it fitted perfectly! i am happy Bunny by now.NEXT i head to Harvey Nic for my bridal make-up trial at the shu umura counter, a Japanese make-up artist name ( i shall came back to you with that) do my make-up and i was realieve as i knew i am in a safe hand as she is an Asian and she understand what Asian girls like for event make-up. an hour and half later..........

I love it! I looked tired as i been up since 7am and it actually look much better in real life than the compact camera, so i booked the lady for my wedding. two job done today! by the end of the 6pm i am already sooooooooo tired......... i passed out on bed at 8pm, sorry darling, not tonite....

Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair

Bought myself a hair extension today. purely for my wedding day. Apparently it a real human hair, it is a must HAVE to all the model and artis to create the volumise look and fun for Party or runwaysI wore the hair clip yesterday on my wedding hair trial do at the Michael Van Clarke, i love the look but have not decided weather to have hair down for the wedding ceremony and hair up for the evening event or the other way around or just to keep it on one style? any suggestion? i am so confuse...

The hair stay firmly and it does not feel heavy at all , i do recommend them to anyone who had a short hair. Sameone told me that if you fancy the blonde highlight, just get a blonde clip-on and clip it in between your dark hair, i could not vizulise this but i might give it a go next time. Apparently i dont have to worried about the roots showing after 2 week and retouch roots . these method are much better than hair extension, you can just take it off at the end of your party and it can be wash, curl ,colour, blowdry and iron! just treat it like your own hair. PERFECT! on another wedding preparation.... I had a make-up trial this afternoon and it is such a disappointment, the result are so normal, it is just like my daily make-up. i mean ok, u need to look natural but STILL i want the WOW factor! i just take it calmly and told the girl Emmm...... yah it look nice....(with a Fake smile) and on top of that i had to pay £50 ( trial) £3 for sparkling water( thought it was free when they asked you 'would you like a drink?) Still doing my FAKE smile... it doesnt bother me but i had a very high expectation on service when it done by so call profesional. i had to tell her the bad news tomorrow that i am going samewhere else. infact being ME(love make-up), i have learn profesional make-up before from Beryl Barnard ( The London school of beauty and Make-up), i should have done my own make-up. but it is my wedding day i should just relax and do nothing! another trial to go tomorrow at shu umura Harvey Nicole, we shall see if they can do better? I HOPE....

I HATE it!!!!

Face it Baby!

Living in London for 11 years, i took the habit of sunbathing and fake tan ritual, only recently after a kind suggestion from my sister, saying that i had to look like myself on my wedding day, Which mean NO to Fake tan and Blonde highlight hair! so while i was in Kuala Lumpur, i dragged my friend Mimi to the hairdresser and had my hair darken( dark blonde pleaseeee) and loved the result! NEXT i move along to my face AHA! frackles? ( due to sunbathing and Chinese skin) normally it didnt bother me, but finally it accourd to me that it can became like a big brown map on my both cheek and not a pleasant sight to look at every morning on the mirror (whaaa! might crack the darn thing!) and i must look good for my wedding! surely i had to dragged mimi again on Face whitening mission! we tried and tested couple of samples from shu emura, Estee Lauder and Biotherme for 2 weeks, by now we had gone to all the cosmetic counter trust me no shopping mall excluded! i begin to think we are stalking the cosmetic counter. Finally best result shown by Estee Lauder cyber white EX. My pigmentation reduced!!! and no sign of allergie. I bought the whole set and same more at the airport KLIA. Hopefully pigmentation VANISHED before the wedding.

Face it baby! they are going and GONE!!!!!

After spending a couple of weeks in Kuala Lumpur to renew my fiancee visa, i am finally home. just as you thought everything going smoothly, boy i was wrong! the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park just inform us that they have a major renovation on the side of the ballroom and i might not be able to use the park entrance(the reason why we choose the venue is the park entrance). The completion on work only on the 5 June 2008, We call on a meeting tonite to discuss about the breach of contract and hopefully we can push them to complete the work before the wedding. And I could not wait we are collecting the wedding band straight after the meeting!!!
